Sustainably Chic: Cool with Casual

Welcome to Sustianably Chic, a series where we put fashionable outfits together based on entirely sustainable and eco-friendly brands. This Wednesday, we’re checking out some ways to stay styling with a more casual look. Keep the day-to-day fun and eco-friendly with these outfits, enjoy!

Bag 1: The Michelle Vegan Alligator Leather Bag

First up we have a bag that you’ll love to pair with just about everything. Study and angular but yet still feminine, this upcycled handbag will look fantastic from the boardroom to the bar and everywhere in between.

Outfit 1

For this outfit we went with a silicon valley look with a New York fashionista twist. With the vest look being all the rage these days we couldn’t resist this gorgeous and sleek puffer vest from Nau, made with recycled down and recycled polyester. Add in a striped organic cotton top and some Levi’s skinny jeans, and classic black ankle boots and you’ll be ready to rock Manhattan.

Bag 2: Vogue Midnight Leather Hobo

For the second bag we have an upcycled hobo bag that’ll add a pop of color to your life. A classic design, sturdy materials, and more than enough room for all your day to day belongings and then some, this is the perfect grab and go back you'll soon find you can't live without.

Outfit 2

For the outfit we’ve got an Everlane jacket for maximum comfort, performance, and eco-friendly production. The top is another Thought clothing piece for low-key fun, with a pink stripe to play off the blue Vogue. Finally we added a comfortable pair of jeans and a second version of the Celina boot to spice up any travel day or weekend errand run.
